Dr. Weber is currently Out of Network. An initial deposit of $500 is due after your first appointment and depending on your testing request, additional cost is between 1500 and 2500. Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss your estimated cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of your evaluation.
